  Edit: I was eventually seen to. Their staff is very nice. Though they referred me to a surgeon that only did root canals, after I had informed them that I wouldn't be able to get financial assistance for the thousand dollar procedure, and I ended up having to wait an extra week of pain before I got into a second office for the extraction I needed.
  
  Op: I've been in their waiting room in need of an emergency tooth extraction for the last 45 minutes without seeing any employees, only a sign asking me to be seated and wait. I just called their phone number which told me they are on lunch for the next thirty minutes! While I've had good experiences with this office as a child, it would have been appreciated if there would have been any kind of real communication about what was happening.
  
  I'll consider updating my review after I've spoken with someone.
